The panels, roof, and full basket lid are made of galvanized steel for a stable and durable structure when assembled and the baskets/trays are made with PP (Polypropylene) plastic that won't rust, rot or corrode. These are designed to last.
The nesting compartments are well sized for a comfortable fit for medium to large hens and each compartment can host up to 5 hens.
